My professional career took me from the catering industry to the healthcare sector before I moved from a local authority to the consumables retail sector. I have been working in a managerial role in HR for around 25 years and appreciate the varied tasks and challenges that arise as part of an HR life cycle. With my open attitude and hands-on mentality, I enjoy tackling operational and strategic issues and see myself - together with my team - as a mediator between the different needs and interests of a company. I have been a member of the Contiva Career Prospects Board since June 2024 and am delighted to support this diverse programme.
