Participants
German-speaking jobseekers (min. B1) who would like to take advantage of one or more JOBWAY programmes (course modules, application workshop, coaching, career counselling, dossier review).

Prerequisites
The RAV Personnel Consultancy registers job seekers for an interview with JOBWAY and sends Contiva the client's application documents.

Aim of the admission interview
The aim of the intake interview is to clarify in detail which modules and/or individual support the jobseeker requires.

Duration
The intake interview lasts a maximum of 2 hours and takes place on an individually booked date. Once the client has been accepted into the JOBWAY programme, the JOBWAY counsellor has a total of 4.5 hours available for support/counselling.
