Before 1996, I worked for several years as a social worker in the addiction sector, in youth work and as a social worker and training officer for an insurance company. People - their resources, their potential, their perspectives, their plans - have always been at the centre of my professional commitment. As a coach, I am warm, open and clear - at my clients' side and on an equal footing with them.
