Certified special needs teacher, certified adult educator HF, specialist in giftedness from the European Council for High Ability Uni Nijmegen NL. I have been working in education and coaching job seekers since 1997. At the same time, I founded and managed a specialist centre and was active throughout Switzerland in the further training of teachers and in working with young people myself. I am passionate about analysing unsatisfactory situations, looking for approaches for possible changes and defining the first steps in a new direction in dialogue with the people concerned.
