Bachelor's degree in Social Economics at the DHBW in VS, CAS Coaching at the FHNW, with several years of professional experience as a coach and course leader in work integration. In addition, as a manager in the field of disability support, I have led leisure and educational programmes, provided counselling for clients and their relatives and supervised employees and volunteers. As a coach, I attach great importance to meeting people with commitment and empathy, strengthening resources, honing potential and thus constructively supporting application and change processes.
