Contiva has developed its services for social welfare recipients specifically with the needs of clients and social welfare organisations in mind. The programmes enable individual and needs-based support on the path back to work.
Depending on the assignment and objective, we look for jobs or internships in the primary labour market and support social welfare recipients in their preparation and during their trial period or internship.
Participants
Welfare recipients who are prepared to deal with their professional and private situation and would like support.
Prerequisites
Participants understand and speak German at a basic level.
Contents
The content ranges from pure coaching to job coaching and job placement. Pure coaching begins with the individual clarification of goals together with the client. It may be that the application dossier needs a more personal and contemporary design, that a professional position assessment and a strategy for starting a job should be developed, that an internship in the 1st labour market is sought and much more. We take a holistic view of the situation in order to find sustainable solutions. The focus is on getting a job. Occasionally, we also act as a door opener to an employer for our clients.
