Changes in the market and the resulting strategy discussions revealed that Job Club's brand image and marketing mix needed to be revised.
An analysis of the target groups revealed that the word 'club' in the previous company name in particular sometimes evoked the wrong associations (private group that you have to be a member of, etc.). It was therefore decided to replace the Job Club brand with a new brand.
We have officially been called Contiva since the decision by the association members on 22 February 2013. We will only appear to the outside world with the new name from 15 June, as the implementation work will take some time.
The name Contiva is an invented name. It was developed in an internal workshop. The name builds on the Job Club's 28 years of experience and, in a play on words, refers to our core business, namely the development of career prospects in close cooperation with our clients (con for with + tiva for career prospects).
The name is complemented by the claim "Career prospects".
Contiva stands for expertise, experience, cordiality and co-operation at eye level and presents itself on the market as a partner for the development of professional perspectives.
