Participants
Insured persons who are in temporary employment in the cantonal administration (exclusively individual assignments).
Prerequisites
The participants understand and speak German very well.
Course objectives
Participants remain active in the application process. They formulate realistic career goals. They can independently find out about opportunities on the labour market. They apply for jobs on an ongoing basis with up-to-date application dossiers.
Course duration
12 afternoons/evenings, from the 2nd month of employment in temporary employment
