Contiva is baptised
On 14 June, we christened the Contiva association. The inverted red N from the new logo is the new symbol for Contiva Career Prospects!
With in-depth expertise and years of practical experience, our coaches support your organisation in difficult situations - tailor-made offers with an impact on everyday life.
We support organisations and their employees in the event of redundancies or major staff reductions. We support individual employees or groups of employees with comprehensive job application coaching. In the case of group outplacements, we work with HR departments to design the necessary processes, from internal and external communication to the preparation of job references - including implementation.

A lack of key qualifications often leads to conflicts with individual employees or in teams. Particularly when working with low-skilled employees, day-to-day co-operation can be difficult due to different norms and values. Early intervention can improve cooperation, stabilise working relationships and help to avoid dismissals.

For over 25 years, we have accompanied, supported and placed people in their job search and integration into the labour market. We are now expanding our services to include private clients, changing our clothing and, from mid-June, giving ourselves a name that emphasises our core expertise.
