What personal data do we collect?
All personal data collected by us is used for the purpose of processing referrals from government agencies, other contacts, enquiries and orders. The collection and processing therefore only takes place within the scope of our relationship with you.
The data we collect includes your contact details such as first name, surname, address, date of birth, telephone number and e-mail address, as well as all documents submitted by you in connection with and as part of a contact, enquiry or order.
On what occasion do we collect personal data?
We collect personal data when you send us an enquiry, provide us with your personal data in another way, e.g. as part of an order, or contact us by post or e-mail.
We also obtain personal data from third parties if this is necessary for the processing of an order. Third parties are, for example, referring government agencies or the unemployment insurance fund.

Our website uses various services provided by Google Inc ("Google"). For these services, Google uses so-called "cookies", i.e. text files that are stored on your computer, which in turn enable your use of the website to be analysed. The information generated by these cookies about the use of our website is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and then stored there. Google can use this information to analyse your use of the website in order to provide us with a report on website activity. The purpose of using these services is to optimise our website and to enable the targeted placement of online advertising. The IP address transmitted by your browser will not be merged with other Google data.

Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties by us; we reserve the right to pass it on after obtaining your consent or based on a legal basis, but in any case only insofar as it is necessary for the processing of your case.
We also use processors for certain data processing (e.g. payroll accounting, case management). We ensure, both contractually and in organisational and technical terms, that they always process your personal data strictly in accordance with our instructions, for the intended purpose and in compliance with the highest confidentiality and security measures.
We do not pass on any personal data abroad.
How long do we store your personal data?
We store your personal data for as long as is necessary for the purpose of processing. The data will then be deleted unless there is a longer statutory retention period or Contiva can assert an overriding interest in longer retention. If Contiva has overriding interests in the cancellation of personal data that would justify a longer storage period than that stated, we will inform you of the reason for the storage and the intended duration.
Is your personal data secure?
In close cooperation with our IT provider and other processors, we use suitable technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data stored by us against loss, unauthorised access or manipulation. Our security measures are adapted to technological developments.

Authorisation (e.g. by submitting a copy of your ID) must be enclosed and will be checked by us.
