• We start with your initial situation. You determine the subject areas, for example: educational background, career stages, professional and personal strengths, personal life situation, demands on quality of life, meaning of work, career prospects.
• Then it's all about your future: change wishes, professional goals, possible paths, decisions, plans, next steps.
• If you wish, we can help you implement your plan.

This is what you invest.

Depending on the scope of the assessment, we need two to four coaching appointments to analyse and clarify the situation. If we support you with the implementation, a further two to four appointments are required. Before we start with the assessment, you will receive a quote with the costs involved.

The costs will only be charged to you after the service has been provided.
